This serpentine shaped leather-bound trunk dates to the early to middle 1900s. The hundreds of brass nailheads form various motifs on the top and front, and brass plating is seen throughout the corners, centers and openings. The inside top also has brass nailhead motifs. The inside has been lined with leather and there is an uncovered box to the right. Small chains hold the top open. Perfect for any kind of decorative storage, this highly detailed brass and leather trunk will be at home in any room.
CONDITION: Good overall condition with some wear and loss to leather in areas, minor stains (see photos)
