This Victorian large 10 1/4 “ plate is transfer printed in dark blue, almost a flow blue.
The pattern features a Japanesque Fan with ribbons and and balls gracing the center of the well, all filled with dancing Butterflies. The exquisite border is filled with panels of geometrics, birds, flowers and other exotic scenes. A work of art !
Great condition, clean shiny and bright. No chips, no cracks, no hairlines and no repairs. One small piece of extra clay under the glaze.
