This huge and very desirable and sought after Victorian aesthetic movement 13 1/2 " long x 8 1/2 " wide x 6 1/2 " tall covered serving soup tureen is transfer printed in delicious dark brown and enhanced by hand painted highlights in ochre red and carmel luster.
The pattern features a cover rim of wildly tropical flowers with Hummingbirds. A striking Pheasant to the front mixed with Water Lilies and Cattails. Very ornate bamboo handles. A marvel of the imagination.
Never Used and Displays beautifully. An very stable crack to the lid. A great piece and Huge size.
