POLYCHROME AESTHETIC BROWN TRANSFERWARE PLATE

This Victorian aesthetic 9 " plate is transfer printed in very dark brown with fabulous under glaze hand painting in rich luster.
The pattern features a fancy pin wheel flower border around a completely covered well with oversized daisy type flowers and three magnificent cartouches. One with a proud cock watching the sun rise beneath the cherry branch, another with a bird chasing an insect, and the last is of ocean shells and sea corral with two large unusual fish.
Condition is Great No chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Light utensil marks.
