This large Victorian aesthetic 10 inch plate is transfer printed in black and hand painted under glaze in brilliant and vibrant colors.
The pattern features delightful Japanesque geometric designs mixed with exotic palm trees and other tropicals. A shoreline with sailing vessels set to the horizon while a large flock of birds fly by. An inset cartouche of a Quarter Moon rising with the North Star beneath. Two Bats are in flight below the scene. This pattern has everything going for it.
Condition is outstanding, bright shiny and clean. No chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs.
