This victorian aesthetic 9 1/4 " cake plate is transfer printed in dark blue.
The clear and crisp pattern features rich and wildly exotic Japanesque geometric designs with a plethora of flowers and foliage. The central image surrounded by cattails is of two Geese flying above a mountainside lake. The designs are the height of the aesthetic movement. The pattern displays the victorian eras love of nature and travel to exotic lands.
