This is a rare signed set from WARNER with matching earrings. I've seen the red fruit in japanned settings but I've never seen this version, done in peridot green rhinestones in a matte gold tone setting. The brooch measures 1 3/4 inches in length by 1 inch; the clip style earrings are 1 inch in diameter. Each of the pieces are clearly signed WARNER; the brooch is signed on a cartouche while the earrings are signed on the clips. Condition is fine.
Warner jewelry was made from about 1953 to the early 1970's. The company was founded and operated by Joseph Warner; the jewelry was made with colorful rhinestones in mostly floral, fruit, insect, and animal motifs. It is well made and the company was know for using excellent materials.
