For sale is this absolutely beautiful and well made, circa 1920's, Art Deco Rhodium Plated Filigree Bangle with Faux Chalcedony Stone. The center stone truly looks like chalcedony with a hint of blue in the smokey glass stone. The bracelet is incredibly detailed with swirls and fretwork and it is surprisingly strong and well made. The finish has a heavy layer of rhodium which is tarnish resistant and it is in superb condition. The bangle is hinged and working perfectly with a strong clasp that holds closed perfectly.
The center stone measures approx. 3/4" x 1/2". The bracelet measures approx. 7/8th of an inch at the widest point and tapers to a little more than 7/16" at the back. The bracelet is signed JHP on the clasp which is the mark for the J.H. Peckham company out of Attelboro Mass.
In excellent condition overall, weighing 18.4 grams & width can be seen in photo.
