For sale is this nice circa 1860's, finely etched with different patterns on both sides, locket in the shape of a pocket watch. The piece measures almost 1 1/2" wide and is 3/8" thick. Inside is a tintype of a couple and the other side is glass covered to hold a piece of hair or some other precious piece. No dents, or major damage (there are a few faint dings on the pinwheel side). Closes with a snap and not gaps, it weighs 15.1 grams. Photo can be removed easily but this side of locket has no glass cover. This would look phenomenal on one of my slide chains.
