For sale is this circa 1950's, signed Miriam Haskell four strand faux baroque pearl necklace. It measures 16 1/2" long, including the "tail" and has the most unusually large, almost 1" long pearls on the bottom strand. The other pearls range in size from 6mm long to almost 10mm long with tiny brass seed beads between each one. The only wear to the pearls is in the usual place which was handled the most.....near the clasp (see picture). There is no green verdigris to metal, but it is not shiny new either. Great, rare necklace. The clasp does not have the patent number, only the name Miriam Haskell.
