For sale is this great set of matching Skonvirke Movement Jewelry in the Arts & Crafts style of the early 1900's. Both pieces are solid sterling silver and weigh a total of 53.5 grams. The bracelet measures over 3/4" wide and the brooch measures 1 1/3" high. Both are simply signed STERLING and have no damage or repairs. The Skonvirke movement was pioneered in Denmark by jewelers such as Bindesboll & Ballin, in the workshop where Georg Jensen began his career as a designer & silversmith. Jensen has a similar bracelet and brooch with an almost identical design as these pieces. The word "Skonvirke" meaning "Beautiful Work".
