For sale is this circa 1860's, Victorian era, 10k Gold Muff Chain with Hairwork Mourning Locket. The chain measures 23" long (doubled) and has a beautiful black onyx locket with braided hair under the glass. There are minor nicks on the edges of the black onyx. The chain measures 1/8" thick and with the locket weighs a hefty 25.3 grams. Items have been carefully acid tested. The chain would look phenomenal with a gold slide which would be easy to attach.
