Offered is a pair of Murano glass bottles or decanters, made by Alfredo Barbini around the 1950s or so. They are ribbed with Bullicante (controlled bubbles) and gold flecks. The stoppers leaves and flowers.
One measures about 11-1/4"H x about 4-3/4"W. The other measures about 11"H x about 4-3/4"W.
The taller bottle stopper has a compression ding at the bottom end, and one of the leaves was cleanly cracked off and glued on (see last picture). The glue job could likely be better executed, and probably professionally glued to be undetectable. The damage has been considered and they are priced accordingly.
Finding a pair of these bottles is not such an easy task. Would likely be good for cologne or perfume on a vanity.
