Offered is a gorgeous Antique Carved (appears to be mahogany) arm chair. Very nicely carved, with an Eagle head at the end of each arm. The arm support, and corners of the front legs are also fancy carved. Each front leg has carved ball & claw feet.
Upholstered with burgundy/red Naugahyde or leather (we are about 99% sure it's not leather, and feels like excellent quality vinyl, but there are no edges visible to check).
In excellent condition, may have been refinished at some point, perhaps in the 1950s or 1960s when the upholstery was re-done. The wood has a couple minor rubs/scratches in the finish, but nothing serious. The back of the chair was pressed against something in storage and has two indents.
Measures 25-1/2"W x 35"H overall, Seat width is 19" between the arms supports, and 16-1/2"D. From the seat, the back is about 18-1/2"H. From the floor the seat is about 18".
