Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

Buyers pay for actual shipping and handling if stated in item description, and insurance, which we always require. We use FedEx Ground or Home for shipping most items. FREE shipping is offered on some items. If those items are returned, our cost for the original shipping will be deducted from any refund amount. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We will be happy to pack any of our larger items for International shipping, however, due to USPS International package size restrictions, some items may need to be shipped in multiple boxes. For oversize, single box items, the buyer will need to make necessary shipping arrangements. We insure via U-PIC Insurance or via the Carriers insurance. International import tax and/or duties may be an additional cost, and not displayed on the shipping costs we provide. Order that have exceptional shipping costs calculated after the purchase order is created will always be canceled at the request of the buyer, and without prejudice. We make frequent trips to the New Jersey Shore area, and can deliver anywhere along I-80 in PA (from exit 277) or NJ until Rt 280. All along Rt 280 (the Oranges, Newark, etc). Anywhere off the Garden State Parkway from exit 145, South to exit 105. Of course, we can also deliver anywhere in the Scranton/Wilkes Barre area, Poconos, Lehigh Valley, sometimes to Milford PA, Port Jervis and Binghamton, NY. Contact us with your address and we will let you know the exact costs and delivery time frame. Fees paid for packing & crating, or other specialized packaging are not refundable.
