Offered is a rather unusual style of Art Glass vase from the more obscure Quezal Art Glass and Decorating Co. of New York, NY (circa 1901 - 1925)
This example of a Quezal bud vase is deeply ribbed, not smooth like most others you might see. I'm sure other ribbed vases exists, but they are far less common.
Also, this is not the typical full pulled-feather design, but more of a lattice pattern starting at the base. The folded gold/aurene rim shows super iridescence. The interior is gold as well.
Marked (engraved) on bottom Quezal S 937. Measures about 5-7/8"H
No cracks, some normal wear around the top and bottom as might be expected. Offered as found, was kept behind glass for many years.
