Offered is a phenomenal pair of Antique French 6-Light Candelabra.

Made of solid bronze, with red marble bases. Seldom do you run into a pair of candle holders like these. They feature a high relief scene of Cherubs/Putti and Satyrs playing. On either side of the bodies are Rams Heads.

The 5 arms are extremely ornate with scrolls and acanthus leaves, tassels and ropes. Under the top candle cup is a bunch of arrow feathers.

In excellent, original condition. There is one little bunch of berries missing from around the top of the arms (hard to notice ), see the last picture. Otherwise, everything is in outstanding condition.

Age: Second to Third Quarter of the 19th Century.

They measure 28"H x 13"W x 5-5/8" at the base, and weigh about 23-1/2 pounds each.

Attributed to the French foundry of Ferdinand Barbedienne
