Offered is a large vintage hand carved Chinese jade Peony plant.

Every Peony flower petal, leaf, even the planter appears to be carved of semi-precious stones. There are varied colors of Jade, Carnelian, Rose Quartz, and more.

One of the flower petals is broken in half, but neatly hidden behind another petal. A couple minor nicks to a petal/leaf or two. Natural fissures in stones, as well. Some of the silk threads that wrap the wires are worn.

Measures about 17-1/2"H x 14"W x 12"D. Weight about 11-1/2 pounds.
