The history behind the coat of arms of Coventry, a city in England, is far from straight forward; however, this vintage 9K charm depicts the city's familiar design. A gold Elephant with a castle on his back sits in the middle of a red and green enamel background. History suggests that this elephant represents strength. COVENTRY is written below the image, and the back is stamped with the maker's mark initials, WBS and 375 which is the equivalent to 9K. The charm weighs 1.2 grams and measures 1/2" in length x 7/16" in width. There are only the normal minor surface scratches associated with time and wear, and overall, the charm is in very good condition. For a closer look, check out the pictures.
