The water pipe was introduced during the late Ming Dynasty and was a popular method of smoking tobacco. This vintage 10K water pipe charm depicts a man kneeling on both knees with the pipe in his mouth. There are 3 flowers with purple stones billowing from the pipe into the air. The man wears what could possibly be a pirihan over his pants. He wears a head garment with a blue stone on the top of it. The charm weighs 1.9 grams and measures 11/16" in length x 3/8" in width. The back is stamped 10K. There are the normal minor surface scratches due to time and wear, but overall, the charm is in very good condition.
