The inference of this vintage charm has long been known to depict a poor man, who standing naked inside a barrel. Stamped on the outside is March 15, so I did a little poking around and found that prior to 1955, individual income tax returns were do on March 15th. This charm is crafted in 14K gold with very fine detailing and the words March 15th are accented in black enamel. This charm does not stand up on it's own, I have him attached to a glue dot for photographic reasons.

Dimensions: 5/8" by 3/8".
Condition: Very good vintage condition, showing little age commensurate wear. Some very minor enamel loss to the letters.
Marks: Stamped 14K on the top of his hat.
