Dating to the Victorian era is this beautiful pair of gold filled earrings with a lyre motif. The mountings are crafted of embossed and textured layered elements, accented with cultured ivory pearls. The lyre is the framework of the earrings with an embossed design, then a pair of textured leaves are added, then under each pearl is a cupped flower attached with a wire through the pearl to the back. The large fish hook wires clasp at the back for secure wearing.
Dimensions: Overall they hang just shy of 1 1/2" long with the ear wires by 1/2" wide. Pearls measure 4mm and 7mm.
Condition: Very good, showing a bit of wear, no damages or repairs to note.
