A Tonala Mexican Pottery Hand Painted Dove. The Tonala Dove features flowers and leaves on his back and stripes on his head on a cream background. Tonala is a suburb of Guadalajara in Jalisco State on Mexico's west coast and they produced pottery from the 1930's through the 1950's. She stands 2 1/2 inches tall, 1 1/2 inches wide and 4 inches long. The Dove is signed on the bottom.
