A small Tonala Mexican Pottery Hand Painted Quail. The little Tonala Quail features flowers and greenery on an olive colored background. Tonala is a suburb of Guadalajara in Jalisco State on Mexico's west coast and they produced pottery from the 1930's through the 1950's. She measures 1 3/4 inches tall, 1 3/4 inches long and 1 inch wide. There is a crack on the inside that does not go all the way through, it is visible through the hole in the bottom.
