Dutch Boy Planter Made in Japan

A Planter featuring a Dutch Boy standing by a Picket Fence with a Tulip in front. There is some crazing and a paint flaw on the front of his pants. The Planter is marked on the bottom with the number "89" underlined in a circle and Hand Painted Made in Japan under a Pagoda with a bird underneath. The planter stands 5 3/4 inches tall, 4 1/2 inches wide and 3 inches deep.
