Hand Painted Porcelain Bowler Figurine by Inarco Japan

A Hand Painted Porcelain Bowler Figurine produced by Inarco in the 1970's. The Bowler stands 4 1/2 inches tall. The bottom is marked with the Inarco Japan Sticker, the number 6467 (there is something else under the sticker) and hand written the date: 6-13-77. He has brown hair, a white shirt with yellow collar and pocket, yellow pants and a blue ball.
