WHAT A TREASURE! If you are at that point in your collecting career when only the finest and the cutest are allowed into the house- well, this little darling will have you wrapped around her little finger in no time at all! Just look into those gorgeous brown eyes, her original toddler body and that cuter than cute antique costume and tell me you are not pining to hold her! Just a darling doll, this Kestner Character is one of the most sought after toddlers. It is rare to find the 220 mold--even more rare than the highly prized "Hilda" toddler. They just don't come any cuter!
***YES SHE IS AVAILABLE ON LAYAWAY!*** Take up to 10 months to own the doll of your dreams, because someone else sure will step up to the plate and steal her away. Call us anytime at 718-859-0901 for an in-hand description of her beauty and cuteness and/or to discuss layaway plans!
She has a perfect bisque socket head with brown glass sleep eyes with painted upper and lower lashes, multi stroke feathered brows, an open mouth with two upper teeth, and a double chin. She stands at 16” on her original slanted-hip five-piece wood and composition toddler body with a non-functioning crier mechanism, and wears an antique blond human hair wig, worn in a short straight style.
She is dressed in a sweet antique pale yellow dress cotton organdy, with white lace trim at the collar and sleeves, and lace overlay down the front, decorated with pin tucks and yellow bows at the top of the bodice. She has a matching antique pale yellow organdy bonnet, with white lace at the brim, and yellow bows and yellow ribbon ties. Underneath, she wears a white cotton full slip, decorated with Swiss dots and lace trim, and a pair of white cotton pantaloons with lace trim. On her feet are a pair of white hand-crocheted socks and beige leather shoes with white rosettes at the toes. Just a darling presentation overall!
