CONDITION: The right side of the forehead has a hairline, which has been reinforced on the inside with plaster. Two spots along the outer surface of the hairline appear to have spots where the plaster has filled in. The hairline seems to end at the outer corner of the right eye. Other than this, the bisque head is good, with high-quality painting and modeling of features. The glass eyes are original, but are now set. The wood & composition body has a replaced left leg and thigh, with a very close approximate replacement, which has some touchup to the thigh balljoint. Other than this, the body is good, with high quality varnish and good stringing. The hands are good. The wig is soft and supple; a high-quality mohair wig. The costume is good. Other than the issues described, the doll bears only minor and otherwise expected age wear.
