She wears a ginger red mohair wig in a short, curly style. She on her original antique wood & composition body, standing at 24.5" tall, with nice sturdy stringing for pose-ability.

MARKS: Petite Francaise J -anchor- V FRANCE 11 D LIANE [back of head, incised]
CONDITION: Excellent. The bisque head is free of any hairlines, cracks, chips, or restoration. Modeling is crisp and the painting is sharp and delicate, indicative of particular care by the manufacturers. There are, however, some firing flaws with the bisque worth mentioning; there are some little peppers and bisque impurities on the face which hardly detract, and on the back of the head there is a textured streak mark that occurred before the firing of the head and does not pose either an aesthetic distraction nor does it affect the structural integrity of the bisque head. Please view all photos for the details. The original light blue paperweight eyes sit nicely in the head and are in the original fixed setting, with good pupil alignment. The original antique wood & composition body is good, with only some minor age wear; the hands and feet have been touched up a bit, but overall, the body is very sturdy and retains most of the original finish. Tight stringing gives her nice pose-ability. The costume is great, with no major issues, just some minor and typical age wear and fading; some minor staining to the slip. This is a fantastic French girl, deserving of your attention!
