She has a lovely parian bonnet shoulder head, with lovely crisp modeling and expert painting. Ice blue painted eyes. Tapered brows, a small delicate and puckered mouth, all make up a lovely expression, along with molded curly blonde hair, and blue airbrush painting. Delicate gold painting to the collar of the plate, which is modeled to resemble a fancy shirt collar. Original antique cloth body, with wooden Milliner's Model legs with blue painted boots. Stands at 13.5" tall. Wears her original costume: a cotton skirt with silk top, cream white cotton half slip, matching lace-trimmed pantaloons. The costume is sewn in.
Condition: Generally excellent! The parian bisque shoulder head is free of hairlines, cracks, chips, or restoration. Nice modeling and painting of features; particularly good is that the gold painting on the collar is mostly still intact. The cloth body has minor age wear, and the wooden legs have some surface flaking. Costume is good, and sewn on to the body, so we have not fully removed it. Overall, a lovely lady!
