We got them together, and we just knew they were sisters, so we insist that they be adopted together together! Both are in great shape and on their shiny original bodies. Layaway is available. Both sisters have bisque socket heads on fully jointed composition and wood bodies. The doll on the left has brown sleep eyes with painted upper and lower lashes, earlier flat multi-stroke shiny brows, open mouth with four upper teeth, dimpled chin, original brown mohair wig over original plaster pate.
Dressed in a wonderful antique white cotton dress with insertion lace at the hem and panels down the skirt and on the sleeves, insertion lavender ribbon at the waist, insertion lace at the bodice with vertical tucks, wonderful antique all lace bonnet also with rose insertion ribbons and silk bows, antique full slip with eyelet lace trim and scalloped hem, antique half slip with lace edge and horizontal pin tucks, antique pantaloons with lace edging. She also wears beautiful original antique blue leather shoes with high heels, metal buckles and lavender bows under the buckles. She is simply a treasure.

Just a marvelous presentation of these two lovelies together!

CONDITION: Excellent on both dolls. Lovely pale bisque with expert painting of features, very crisp modeling, pleasant color, lovely large eyes, sweet expressions. The original Kestner bodies in fine, shiny original condition including lovely hands but on middle finger on the right hand of the brown-eyed girl has been re-glued. They are both fine examples of the earlier models with very pretty character-look faces and beautiful original eyes demure mouths and lovely bisque! But what is most appealing is the extraordinary all original condition of these two beauties. Just WOW!! LBK-6-15-2016
