This outfit is #38 from the Twin Series, 1953 (painted lash) according to page 84 in Patricia Smith's book called "Vogue Ginny Dolls: Through the Years with Ginny." The dress is tagged with the name "Amber". No idea what that means as I can find no reference to a vintage doll named Amber. The skirt of the dress and the vest are felt, and the back of the skirt has substantial fading. There is a little toy gun on a gold cord sewn into the waistband of the dress. Other than the fading on the back of the skirt, and some wear to the little boots, the outfit is in excellent condition. The dress has little sewn in green felt panties.
Measurements of the dress are-3.75" long shoulder to hem, 2.25" across the shoulder and waist, sleeve 2", 1.25" neck to waist.
Vest-2" long, 3" across chest.
Boots-1.25" long, .5" across the toe, and 1" tall.
