Beautiful and rare antique ring features a hand painted oval porcelain insert of a lovely country landscape scene, and signed by the artist appears to be "M CRAWLEY".
There is a crack to the bottom of the insert, and it's set in a hallmarked silver mount, the maker's mark is W.L, which would be William Lander of Birmingham, England operating around 1815.
This is quite a statement piece, the ring head measures approx. 1 inch by 5/8 inch, currently has a finger size 8.
