This is an interesting transitional piece, probably from the 20's or 30's. I call it transitional because the stamped brass plaques show Art Nouveau influence. On the other hand, the geometric carving in the blue glass rectangles show Art Deco influence. The brass plaques alternate with the blue glass pieces. Although it looks as if the blue pieces are linked to the brass pieces, in reality the blue pieces are also stamped, as you can see on the reverse view. The brass pieces have been further enhanced with the use of a black enamel, which really made the Art Nouveau design stand out.
For it's age the bracelet is in good condition. There is visible wear along the edges. There is also some wear on the back of both the glass and brass pieces. The clasp is not the typical bracelet clasp. Instead, there is a slot and folded tab to keep the bracelet in place.
The bracelet measures 7-1/4" long by 1/2" wide. It will fit most average wrists. I don't believe any links could be removed to make this bracelet shorter.
