Old China: "Foot of the Too-hing, or Two Peaks at Le Nai. Province Shen-si" After a drawing by Thomas Allom.
Attractive etching, engraved by R. Sands, after a drawing by Thomas Allom before 1900.
The scene shows a wealthy Chinese gentleman on his way down the hill, carried in a sedan chair.
Size: 10 x 8 inches is the complete sheet, 7,5 x 5 inches is the actual etching.
A tear at the right and some brown spots not affecting the print. As there are broad margins they would not be visible when matted.
