Scarce antique Chinese wooden cube, used in Daoist exorcist rituals. Al six sides are carved with Daoist texts.

The object is form late Ming – early Qing period (17-18th ct).

Size: 6,7 x 6,7 x 6,7 cm ( 2 ¾ x 2 ¾ x 2 ¾ inches). The cube is in good condition with only minor signs of ageing. It comes for a good western collection of Daoist objects.
