Antique Victorian C.1898 Sterling Silver Serving Tongs by Whiting Pompadour Patter Monogram BD
Dating to 1898, may I offer this pair of silver serving tongs manufactured by Whiting in the Pompadour pattern. On the "fork" side of the tongs is the monogram BD in a beautiful script.
Condition: Being vintage, there are light marks of use, storage and time . The patina is wonderfully warm and I try to only lightly polish for photos, the main polish I leave to the new owner. There are no major defects like dings, dents or ugly blemishes that might spoil the beauty of the silver.
