Antique Gorham Versaille Sterling Silver Teaspoons w/Monogram B - Cupid Playing Lyre - Up to 9 Available
May I offer:
Dating to 1894 may I offer this single silver teaspoon in the Versaille pattern by Gorham. The design is of Cupid playing a lyre. There is a monogram initial on the reverse in an old world script - the letter B.
Condition: Being vintage, there are light marks of use, storage and time. The image is quite crisp for its age! The patina to the silver is wonderfully warm and I try to only lightly polish for photos, the main polish I leave to the new owner. There are no major defects like dings, dents or ugly blemishes that might spoil the beauty of the silver.
Metal Content: Sterling Silver with Hallmarks of Copyrighted, Gorham figural hallmarks, Sterling (as pictured).
Size: Length on a straight line is 6"; width at the bowl is 1-1/4" at the widest section.
Weight: 31 grams each approx
Final Comments: Wonderful! And there's 9 available in total!
