2 Vintage Hand Carved Mother of Pearl Pins - Plain Floral and Star Set in Sterling Silver

Dating to the 1950s or so may I offer this pair of mother of pearl pins that were found in the same estate sale here in St. Louis. One pin is larger than the other and is just a carved floral, a rose perhaps. The other pin is cut as a 5 pointed star and is set in a silver setting. Both pieces are from Israel I think - a souvenir of the Holy Land. Safety catch on each piece. Condition is very nice with no breaks or chips to the shell.

Metal Content: Sterling Silver with a hallmark of Sterling on the reverse.

Size: The smaller measures 1-1/8" high/wide. The larger measures 1-1/2" wide/high.

Final Comments: A wonderful pair that can be worn as they were meant or repurposed into another design.
