VICTORIAN Trade Card - PJ Roland, North Adams, Mass, Fall & Winter, 1883-4

AGE: C.1883

ITEM: A Victorian era Trade Card for P.J. Roland, North Adams, Mass. Advertising, what appears to be its Fall and Winter Inventory for 1883-4, the gent seems to have specialized in housewares.

CONDITION: Terrific with a light mark at the bottom left and a small spot in the clock face. Card is embossed and the lack of "color" but use of "metallics" makes for terrific graphics during the Victorian era. Plain back with some light "pinking" - most likely from being between pages for a long time.

PRINTERS MARKS: None that I can spot.

SIZE: 4" x 5-1/2"
