Vintage STERLING SILVER Bracelet - Turquoise, Native American, Baby, Cuff
Welcome to ROBINS NEST MIDWEST! May I offer….
AGE: C.1950/1960
ITEM: A Fred Harvey era cuff bracelet for baby! This is such a small size but though it be small, it is still made with all the care of a larger piece. The cuff is made of pliable silver so that it can be put on baby's wrist easily. There is a bit of etched design as well as a round, domed turquoise cab at the center.
CONDITION: No problems that I can spot save for the bracelet needing a polish.
METAL CONTENT: Sterling Silver
HALLMARKS: As is the norm with older Native American pieces, none. Metal was gently acid tested for content.
SIZE: Using a measuring tape, the top of the bracelet is 4-1/2" (that's running the tape over the turquoise cab). The underside of the cuff measures 4". Gap is 1-1/8". Width of the silver at the top is 1/4".
WEIGHT: 4.8 grams
FINAL COMMENTS: You just don't find old silver cuff bracelets for baby like this anymore!
