Vintage Western-Inspired STERLING SILVER Charm Bracelet with 17 Charms
Welcome to ROBINS NEST MIDWEST! May I offer for your consideration....
AGE: C.1970 charm bracelet - charms are from 1960 to 1970
ITEM: A single link charm bracelet holding 17 charms - mostly Native American Turquoise and Cowboy/Indian inspired. To add a bit more color to the bracelet I added some turquoise nugget beads. Safety catch closure. In detail the charms are...
Oval turquoise in silver, saddle, inlay hummingbird, goldstone gold panner, turquoise floral wreath, abalone disc, turtle with engraving, turquoise nuggets, thunderbird with turquoise inlay, turquoise nugget, head of horse, red coral bear paw, canoe with turquoise case, Indian on horse, turquoise drop, Mexican cowboy beside cactus with green turquoise cab and a turquoise inlay dove.
CONDITION: Very nice with no problems I can spot.
METAL CONTENT: Sterling Silver
HALLMARKS: Most of the charms are hallmarked STERLING; those that are not marked have been acid tested for content - the bracelet as well. I used Sterling Silver wire to wrap the beads onto the bracelet. The charms are added with open jump rings - if the design is one that pleases, the jump rings will need to be soldered shut. The beads/nuggets cannot be removed from the bracelet unless the silver wire stem is cut.
SIZE: Length from end to end is 6-3/4". Largest charm measures 1" high.
WEIGHT: 34.6 grams
FINAL COMMENTS: Still lots or room left for more charms.
