AGE: C.1910 or so
ITEM: A stunning Edwardian era stick pin composed of two colors - yellow gold with a front covering of platinum. Designed like a Shamrock (3 leaf clover) each "petal" holds an old cut diamond. At the center is a natural pearl, slightly on the golden yellow side of coloring. Comes with a clutch that is NOT gold.
CONDITION: Excellent with no problems I can spot.
METAL CONTENT: 14K Gold with a platinum (possibly white gold) overlay
HALLMARKS: None as is the norm with older pieces of American jewelry. Gold was acid tested for content. No test for the top of the pin.
SIZE: Length of the pin is 2-11/16". Design on top measures 9/16" x a little over 1/2". Diamonds number 3 and measure 2mm each (3 points) for a combined weight of .09CT TW. Pearl measures 3.5mm.
WEIGHT: 2.1 grams without clutch
