Vintage Southwestern Sterling Silver Earrings
Welcome to ROBINS NEST MIDWEST! May I offer….
AGE: C.1970 or so
ITEM: A pair of silver earrings for pierced ears - posts (no nuts) - featuring a Native American/Southwestern design (Zuni, I believe) of a Sun Face/Sun God to the front along with an arrow, feathers and concho stampings.
CONDITION: Very nice with no problems I can spot. Earrings are large rounds and have a dark patina to the silver. A light polish will bring up a high shine.
METAL CONTENT: Sterling Silver
HALLMARKS: As is the norm with older pieces of Southwestern jewelry, none. Metal has been lightly acid tested for content.
SIZE: Fronts measure 1-5/16" high x 1-1/4".
WEIGHT: 9.6 grams combined
FINAL COMMENTS: Fabulous! A pair of silver earrings that will go with any western inspired outfit.
