FINAL COMMENTS: Sergio Bustamante is a Mexican artist and sculptor. In his youth, he studied architecture but abandoned this pursuit when his interests drem him to fine arts and crafts. Beginning with paintings and paper mache figurines, after a trip to Amsterdam in the early 1970s, where he developed his talents, he returned to Mexico and in 1975 established the Family Workshop Studio in Jalisco, Mexico. In the early 1990s he began crafting jewelry of gold and silver.
Original retail of the earrings appears to be around the $325 mark.
