This is so adorable ... a hand woven mid-century modern wicker and bamboo baby bunny box measuring about 6" in size. Featuring fine, tight weaving, and whimsical detail, this little cutie has tiny bamboo ears, a criss-cross nose and little button eyes. Designed as a box which separates at the middle, bunny looks like he is all tucked away in a little basket nest - so cute! I bought him originally in Japantown, San Francisco, California around 1962. Condition is excellent with no breaks - very sturdy and solid. Just a kitschy bunny rabbit basket box -- so unusual and fun - nice addition to any collection or display!
