You are viewing a fine quality German Rensie Lady's purse watch given as a gift by the Governor of Maryland in 1960. The watch is stem set and wound. It has a day indicator window which is set by turning the stem. The hands light up at night. The watch is 3" long when opened; and, 2" long when closed. The watch is 1 1/4" wide. The outer case is a fine quality leather. It has a jump ring at one end to attach to a chain or key ring. The watch winds, sets, runs and keeps time. It has a US patent number for June 2, 1953.
