The case measures 2" in diameter; and, is marked 0.900 and has the Swiss bear hallmark. The pulsimetric scale of the dial is graduated to indicate the rate of respiration or pulse of a patient. The user can take a pulse or observe a certain number of respirations per minute. The watch was made by the firm Perret & Fils, Brenet. The 15 jewel complicated movement is numbered:23075 as well as the case and covers. There is a small chip on the porcelain dial which can not be seen when the outer cover is down.
