You are viewing a 3" tall German Victorian Doll. She has a beautiful hand painted bisque face with Blonde hair. Her lower legs are also bisque and hand painted shoes with a slight heel - boot like. Her lower arms are also bisque. Her clothes are sewn on to her cloth body. I could not find any marks but I believe she is German. No chips, cracks or hairlines to the bisque.
