An antique Edwardian sterling silver cauldron that has a moving handle. The front of the cauldron is set with four different pieces of Scottish agate that is hand chased around each piece, it stands on three legs. This fabulous item is in excellent antique condition and has not been cleaned, which the new owner might wish to address. It is fully hallmarked on the back dating it to 1910. It also has a registration number that shows this design was first registered in 1900. It has a makers mark of J.C&S (Joseph Cook & Son). The handle has a tiny lion passant, the English sterling silver guarantee mark. This quality item stands approx. 3cm / 1 3/16" high and weighs 5.4g. It is suitable to wear as a pendant, fob or charm.
